What You Can Expect
When you come into our health center, our goal is to give you a great experience! Here's what you can expect on your first visit. Step #1: When you arrive, you will be greeted by one of our staff members. You will need to fill out paperwork to get ready for your consultation. If you'd like to fill out your paperwork before your appointment, you may download the forms here. Step #2: Your first consultation with Dr. McCain, the Clinic Director and Chief Administrator, to discuss your health problems. Step #3: A comprehensive and complete examination which covers chiropractic, orthopedic, and neurological procedures to determine if care in our facility is appropriate for your condition. These tests will be performed by Dr. McCain who specializes in the examinations. Step #4: Dr. McCain will advise you if there is need of additional procedures such as laboratory and x-ray tests, if necessary. Step #5: If your case requires immediate attention, emergency care will be administered. Step #6: You will be advised as to a time you can return for your next visit when your doctor will review your examination results with you, he will also be able to tell you if you are a good candidate for treatments and whether or not your case has been accepted. You will also be advised concerning financial arrangements and insurance coverage as appropriate. Step #7: Once you have received an explanation of the doctor’s findings in your case, your recommended treatment program will be explained to you. Step #8: Treatments will begin and continue as scheduled until your condition has been fully corrected, or until maximum possible improvement has been obtained.
